In 2017 I trained with Body Control Pilates in London, and am a qualified Level 3 Pilates Instructor.
Each one hour group session is built around the key principles of pilates; core strength, relaxation, concentration, co-ordination, alignment, breathing, and flowing movements. Whether you are new to the practice, recovering from an injury or even looking to add Pilates to your weekly fitness regime, pilates has something to offer for everyone,.
My classes aim to give you an awareness not only of your body but also your mind; and ultimately to create overall wellbeing for each individual. The classes are small in size so that each person is given attention, feedback and ultimately can progress further. I strongly believe that pilates is for everyone; for all ages, and varying abilities. We are currently in the process of re-locating to Germany so keep checking back for classes coming up in summer 2018. In the meantime please feel free to get in touch, I'd love to hear from you.

ONE TO ONE SESSIONS
I am available for private one-to-one sessions, and small group sessions where we can work together at a pace to suit you individually, and on specific areas to you. Whether you are a complete beginner or more experienced and looking to concentrate on specific areas do get in touch.
My one-to-one classes are £30.00 for an hour session.
